Rolayler - Pick one and its a deal.
Shiraishi - I usually only check IVs when on my EVed pokemon that I use in battle.
Well, I used the rare candy method and at level 20:
0 - 4 / 0 - 4 / 30 - 31 / 30 - 31 / 30 - 31 / 10 - 14
