I know it's too big but you could minimize it.

Xiaolin Dragon, you see that little button that says EDIT? Use it. Your sprites aren't that good. The cropping on the parts don't fit too well and your recoloring is bad. Figure out how many shades there are, now make your own shades and compare one with another. Then swap the colors accordingly

But sprites have to take long, or else won't be good. And your sprites are not good, they need shading, as said before. And don't scale down everything. But except for the legs, I like the Raichu/Brendan.
