For your TRU Arceus (don't care if it's cloned or anything like that), I can offer:
(I don't have anyone to wifi battle with, so I just used an IV calculator at the levels I got them at; they are not completely specific values)

I have HG and my water type is Quagsire. I want ice punch but It takes too many bp. I can offer a pokevirus infected pokemon. Does pokerus for tm sound fair?
Also my wifi isnt that great but it can maybe hold connection long enough for a trade. My HG code is

The tm holder doesn't have to be rare ot anything. I'll accept regular Weedle. Can't find it in bug catch contest.
