XiaolinDragon's Set Display

Well I just wanted to post them so I can get criticism and how to improve. I just staqrted making Sets with a new style that I was taught. SO it's technically kind of my first but I'm just saying. I'm not trying to persuade anyone of their criticism.

Here is my first set (1-6-06)

Second (1-6-06)

Third (1-6-06)

Fourth (1-7-06)

And fifth I just made like 10 minutes ago

Please post your opinions and I'm not taking requests at the moment. If I do I will make a new thread or do it here.

you need to add the writing on sharp to take away the blurry. Also some of the sigs have big lines going through it.

Looks great so far. :) Just like rpg, I suggest that if you're making one side darker, make the whole thing. And, some of them have scan lines half way through.

Ah, ok but are the big lines because it's loading or are they the scanlines?

Uh. big lines. It's where the edge of one of the pictures would have been. :/ It's a seperation from the background, and the background of the picture, as if you made it as 2 diff. things. (If that makes sense. XD)

Oh yeah, I kinda screwed up on that. It wasn't there until I uploaded it and I freaked out and said oh well.

You know... you really shouldn't force people to either choose whether they either like them or don't; I'm kind of in between. I mean, I don't not like anybody's work, that's just impolite, but... I've honestly been tired of how everyone here has been giving themselves self pride or self pity, and no gray area in between.

Agreed, I suggest adding some more options, "Good job." "They're good" "Better than I could do" "Looks great" "Could be better" "Half-n-half"

A matter of your premade opinions, if that's what you mean. But most people who do this either want everyone elses pity, or they want everyone elses praise. You should probably try making things for yourself, as art, not for other people to love or hate.
