Half your team is weak to Fighting, and that's not a good thing. If I were you, I'd take out Snorlax. Scizor is a better fit on the team because it forms a Volt-turn core with Manectric:

-Superpower
-Pursuit/Knock Off

I'd use Gyro Ball over Power Whip or Protect, tbh.

Talonflame can use an EV spread of 48 HP/252 Atk/208 Spe to outspeed Timid/Jolly base 120s.
