To expand on my previous answer to my own topic, what Tojours said is absolutely true. Most of the maths isn't that pertinent to me, but the logical way of solving problems has definitely been useful to me, especially since I'm looking into medicine, where I'm quite sure that's the kind of approach you have to take.
