Technically, it's not a remake of D/P, it's the third game which sort of combines the two. Like Yellow, Crystal and Emerald.

I'm guessing you'll be able to catch Giratina, Dialga and Palkia at Lv. 70, as it was in Emerald with the weather trio. All three of the dragons have similar movesets.
 
Regigigas?? Sweet!! Soo what form will it be?? And catching Giratina, Palkia and Dialga in the same game would be uberly sweet!!!
 
Flying type?? Weird, i thought Regigigas is the super combination of the regis soo it would be somewhat... i dunno 'invinsible form' lol...
 
Wow. I'm hoping it's true. That Battle Island sounds awesome. I love the battle tower, and if they made something like the Battle Frontier, it would be so cool. Imagine, Battle Factory, but instead of rentals, you get other people's Pokemon to use. Or Battle Dome where you can see 16 people at once. XD

And I'm guessing the Underground would be something like this. If someone is in your Pal Pad, and Underground, they'd show up. Anyone meeting anyone would be crazy, think of the amount of secret bases. (I forget what they're called in D/P.)

Yeah, I haven't thought of that... Wow... just imagine visitin a lot of secret bases... it'd be endless!!
 
gd news after a long time. meehhh have to wait longer for it to release....damn japan...but hopefully this is no rumor.
 
Mukkamoto.. you don't know how long i've been waiting.. ever since the first little rumour popped up on the internet, i got down to seeing if they were true or not XD. I've been waiting ALONG time for Serebii to say something.

He may have made it first but I put it in the right section. Anyways, the new type changes between Regigigas and Shaymin sure will make them very desirable now. However, because they're legendaries, their use competitively will be hindered since most legendaries aren't used in competitve battles.

Also, I never really understood the big significance of a gym leader leaving. ex. Juan replaces Wallace. Was it really that big of a change to happen?

Hey, I didn't say its your fault, LOL... Hmm the significance of a gym leader leaving is big... i mean it shows that the gym leader got stronger and he might replace someone in the elite trainers group...
 
That's great news!

The new features sound very interesting, especially Battle Island and the Underground being Wi-Fi enabled! I just hope it's not a rumor though... T_T

Oh...well you said it wasn't darkcookies fault so I assumed it was mine. Sorry for the misunderstanding. But yeah. That makes alot of sense now that I think about it.
 
Yay, some decent news. Definately looks legit this time around :)

Now, time to get on with my life until next March / April when it will be released. Like all of you should too! :P

I think that most of us are going to stick around to see the news that will come out in the future about this instead of ignoring it.
 
Well there is a new gym leader and champion. And the threads merged?! Wow cool.
 
wait, i thought it was just a new gym leader.heh, i bet volkner is going to be champion since in D/P he was going to challenge the E4 before you beat him. I wonder if the new gym leader is going to be a new character or an existing one and I wonder what's going to happen to Cynthia.
