This is pretty similar to my last deck (gothilure), but I swapped an evo chain and also changed some trainers.

    21

    3-2-1 Crobat (prime) Triumphant
    3-2 Yanmega (prime) HGSS
    4-2-3 Chandelure Noble Victories
    1 Sigilyph B/W

    20

    2 PKMN collector
    1 Prof Oak's NT
    2 Copycat
    2 Prof Elm's TM
    2 Judge
    1 Interviewers questions
    1 Sage's training
    1 Twins
    ------------------
    3 Rare candy
    2 Junk Arm
    2 PKMN communication
    1 PKMN catcher

    19

    2 rescue energy
    17 psychic energy

    -bulk up the Crobats
    -add a Yanmega(P)
    -get rid of Sigilyph
    -max Collectors
    -add 1 oak
    -swap Elms for Communications
    -drop Interviewer's Questions
-Drop Twins and Sage's for N
    -add 4 Switches
    -max Candy
    -max Junk Arm
-Drop Psychic Energies to around 10-12
-Add as many Kingra(P) as possible(Optional)

I say all this because your main attackers should essentially be Yanmega and Crobat, who should be taking No energies and 1 Energy, respectively. You shouldn't be attacking with Chandelure; rather you should be free-retreating into it, dropping your 3 damage on a pokemon, then switching back out into a pokemon that can land the knockout.

With or without my considerations, the 2 things that this deck is going to have relentless problems with are Electric builds, which are getting very popular. Decks that use Reuniclus to move Energies around might also be an issue; and while Reuniclus itself is easy enough to take out at 90 HP, if you can't land the damage on it, It's likely that you're going to be dealing with some heavy tanking.
