¹ SHONEN JUMP Magazine cards are NOT legal for play in Europe, Oceania, Central, or South America, as SHONEN JUMP Magazine is not officially distributed there.

² Yu-Gi-Oh!-related Graphic Novel cards are only legal for play in Europe, Oceania, Central, or South America if that Graphic Novel was specifically distributed there. (This is rare.)

Bad move? I know they're trying to stop the complaints from people who have no easy access to these cards but this is going a bit too far.

I live in Australia and I am able to get Shonen Jump magazines. You just have to know where to look.

That is taking it a bit too far. I love my Ultra Rare Tragoedia, what's wrong with it. So, they're hard to get, that's where trading comes in. I think that would just be over the top.
