Level 4 is bad. 1 level 6 and 1 level 8 should suffice.

No Cylinder, and no Decree, I think. More Masked Dragon, Delta Flyer, and Debris Dragon.

There, I have updated it with the improvements you suggested Cirrus, but I'm worried about the lack of Spells and Traps. Is there anything I should be putting in for that area?

usually there's little S/T because well, dragons work for themselves thru REDMD and totem dragon. you can switch out swords of revealing light [because blizzard dragon already locks the opponent from attacking anyways] with PoA and add in 1 copy of trade-in, seeing as you only have 4 level 8 dragons. of course i would also add in 2 copies of gold sarc as well

do you have an extra deck now that you added in a tuner?

There, I took out Swords, and put in what you said, I also removed a book of moon for a Dragon's Mirror, for the use of Five-Headed.

Cirrus, I think 25 monster is a bit overkill don't you think?

And one thing everyone forgot to suggest is Future Fusion, thats the best way to thin a deck like a this, with like 20+ monster cards like Future Fusion it can put wyverns on the graves to get REDMD with ease and plus if your opponents doesn't stop FF, they'll have to deal with a 5000 beatstick.

-1 Burst Breath
+1 Future Fusion

And if you can add in Foolish Burial in their, thats even better.

29 monsters is way too overkill so I reduced it to 25.

I don't think you need Blizzard Dragon that much actually, if at all... Disaster Dragons rely quite a bit on their Spell Cards, so add more of those.

As WildEagle said, Future Fusion and Foolish Burial. I would also like to add the possibilities of Stamping Destruction, A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon, and copies of Book of Moon. You should probably take out Trade-In.

Right, I'll put Cirrus' comment to take it down to 25, but I would like Blizzard in there for Lockdown. I'll take out Trade-In for Future Fusion, and think about what to swap for the other recommendations, and update accordingly.

Probably Reasoning, Pot of Avarice, and possibly D. Prison.

Should be pretty playable.

I highly recommend cutting 1 Blizzard and Dragon's Mirror for 2 Bottomless. 2 Blizzard is enough, and Dragon's Mirror burns away valuable grave resources, while BTH is an amazing card.
