It looks decently solid.
One suggestion: perhaps cut Solidarity. It's usually overkill, and if you have space for Solidarity then why not just run Book of Moon? That card's more versatile, can function as spot removal in a pinch, and since you run Fissure... well, it's just generally better. (Don't actually run Book though, this is just an example to tell you not to run Fissure D: - some builds run Book, some builds don't. Not too much of a loss if you don't...)
I also don't really like Fissure as a card. Sure, it's 1f1 removal, but their Dandylion and Aurkus and other random guys (Ragigura, weaker monsters like Tuners on X-Sabers' side, Infernity Barrier) will probably overwhelm your Fissure. Smashing Ground hits harder and usually is the way to go. However the card you will want to dodge/negate is stuff that kills your backrow, since you run 3 D-Prison and all... In general I think Machina decks can afford to run less Spells and more Traps, especially defensive Traps. Starlight Road helps immensely sometimes, so perhaps consider it - it's not really a top priority, though, because one should usually be sufficient.
Most of your spell list needs to be cut. They're really dead sometimes, and die to Heavy/Hyunlei/etc because of Continuous Spell status and unchainability. Sad, but true.
Definitely a copy of Pot of Avarice, I think, and Lightning Vortex will do you many, many favours since Gadgets get hand advantage. Armored Unit is cool, but far too slow. Tragoedia was a very nice judgment call there; so cut the Solidarities as well.
Cards like Mirror Force (the prime defensive trap!) and Trap Dustshoot (screws their hand!) may be considered.
Oh, and, I lied about the 1 suggestion thing. :p
