Milling probably being my favorite win strategy, so I figure I should get opinion from the smart people first before actually trying to build it :p Main problem would be thinning the deck, so if I could get help on that, that'd be awesome XD

Oh, and I'm on a bit of a budget, so assume I won't spend....over $10-20 on a single card. Other than that, feel free to take apart the deck :p Oh, and I haven't paid attention to the ban list in ever, so get me on that too.

    Total: 45

    Monsters: 18
    2 Kuraz the Light Monarch
    3 Destiny Hero Defender
    3 Morphing Jar #2
    3 Needle Worm
    3 Hiro's Shadow Scout
    1 Morphing Jar
    2 Penguin Soldier
    1 Night Assailant

    Spells: 16
    1 Card Destruction
    1 Giant Trunade
    2 Mystical Space Typhoon
    1 Dark Hole
    3 Book of Eclipse
    3 Shallow Grave
    2 Hand Destruction
    1 Monster Reborn
    1 Level Limit Area B
    1 Swords of Revealing Light

    Traps: 11
    3 Desert Sunlight
    1 Gravity Bind
    3 Dark Bribe
    2 Bottomless Trap Hole
    2 Compulsory Evacuation Device

The side deck is more focused into a switch of strategy into removal milling. And yes, I know that revival just got a huge boost, but for now, I want to keep removal milling out of the deck, may reconsider later on :p
    Side-Deck [15]:
    3x Paralyzing Chain
    1x Light of Destruction
    3x Necroface
    2x Inferno Tempest
    3x Dimensional Fissure
    3x D.D. Survivor

Other cards for digi to consider:
    Gymnotide:
Acid Trap Hole > targets your own monsters
    Torrential Tribute
    Mirror Force
Soul Exchange > I forgot the build that used this.
    Nightmare's Steelcage
    Greed
    Appropriate

Er, well, attacking isn't the best way to go about milling. Chainsaw Insect and Bistro Butcher are sort of weak.

Iron Chain Snake isn't useful. He's only really good for like Grinder Golem or Lava Golem.

Vampire Lord isn't really necessary here, since you'll only be drawing into him and he's not that strong for a Tribute monster anyway.

You can drop the Tuners, since Synchros aren't the way to go here. Most of the time, your defensive maneuvers in this deck end up swapping them back into your Extra Deck or flipping them face-down. The only really useful Synchro here would be Black Rose Dragon to wipe the field.

Consider putting in Appropriate for draw power (and Double Cyclone to get rid of it if your deck is depleting faster than your foe's). Consider siding in Greed over Appropriate if you need an alternate win condition.

Anyway, the maximum number of cards in a deck is 63, but the recommended is 40. Maybe for a milling deck, 45 would be acceptable, but 63 is... Not good :P

    -2 Vampire Lord
    -2 Don Zaloog
    -3 Chainsaw Insect
    -3 The Bistro Butcher
    -3 Iron Chain Snake
    -3 X-Saber Airbellum
    -3 Bicorn Re'em
    +2 Penguin Soldier
    +1 Morphing Jar #2
    +1 Night Assailant
+2 Kuraz the Light Monarch / Raiza the Storm Monarch

Giant Trunade is Limited to 1. Add a Dark Hole for kicks. Add a copy or two of Stumbling and one of Level Limit -- Area B.

    -1 Giant Trunade
    +1 Dark Hole
    -1 Hand Destruction
    +1 Level Limit -- Area B
    -2 Gravekeeper's Servant
    +1 Swords of Revealing Light

Assault on GHQ isn't a good card. Gift of Greed is a Trap, so it's too slow, really. Robbin' Zombie is only good in this deck while using Defender, otherwise it lacks any element of surprise... Or use really -- you'll have depleted your foe's health with any attacks before Robbin' Zombie has shaved off enough cards to win.

    -3 Assault on GHQ
    -3 Sakuretsu Armor
    -3 Gift of Greed
    -2 Robbin' Zombie
    +3 Desert Sunlight
    +1 Gravity Bind
    +1 Dark Bribe
    +2 Compulsory Evacuation Device

Something I'm missing here anyway. Other cards:

Acid Trap Hole > targets your own monsters
    Torrential Tribute
    Mirror Force
Soul Exchange > I forgot the build that used this.
    Nightmare's Steelcage
    Greed
    Appropriate

Suddenly, a stall mill, I'm liking this :p Updating the first post.

Consider the following to deckthin (yourself):
    Sangan
    Upstart Goblin

    Consider the following to stall:
    Battle Fader
    Frozen Soul
    Waboku
    Threatening Roar
    Thunder of Ruler
Rainbow Life (not recommended too much)

Consider the following cards: (deckthin and general aid for milling)
    Warm Worm
    Dark World Dealings
    Dragged Down into the Grave
    Chainsaw Insect
    Cup of Ace

You will find that Morphing Jar is ridiculously good here, comboing with Book of Eclipse like nobody's business.

Of course, don't add Upstart Goblin if you have 40 or more cards in your Deck. It should only be used to fill up the last few slots OR to fuel Spell Counter reaction cards.

And of course, Waboku > Threatening Roar > Frozen Soul > Thunder of Ruler
Frozen Soul has its uses, since you can activate it in virtually any phase, but it's useless during the Battle Phase.
Waboku is hundreds of times better than Threatening Roar in this case, since you can activate it any time to save your monster while Threatening Roar fails if you monster is already under attack. Waboku also lets you reap FLIP effects.

I'd say Threatening Roar is typically better than Waboku, actually, since there are things like Ehren (mostly Ehren) running rampant. Also Gladbeasts.
