Ok. So, I'm gonna try and explain this all.

Your Monster lineup is alright, but it has a lot of cards that don't need to be there, and quantities that are higher then they could be. Tomato + DaD isn't really a good combo, because there's so much that could go wrong, and Tytannial + Gigaplant aren't even needed, besides being beatsticks. Cosmobeet looked like it was just thrown in there as well. I added some tuners, and 2 Botanical Lion, because you seemed to be going for the tranditional Plant beatdown, which I completely respect as a solid decktype. Twilight Rose Knight is really your choice.

For spells, you had some really odd set up that I disliked for the build. MSTs are good, but putting them in side won't hurt, especially that it's a one for one card. MotR is a great choice in any plant deck, but two will make it much more consistent. Super Solar Nutrient can work, but three is way too many. Seed Cannons are just plain bad. Don't use them. And also, 3 Fragrance Storm is pretty odd as well. So, I put in some staples that you missed like Dark Hole, Monster Reborn, etc. and Book of Moon. I also threw in Miracle Fertilizer, because it's a pretty solid card.

Finally, traps. Your lineup was alright, but there were some errors. First of all, WoT are completely unnecessary and lives in Mirror Force/DPrison's shadow, especially with three crowding up your deck! Pollinosis is a good card for Plants as it gets them in the grave, and so 2 is an alright amount, but 3 is a little bit overdoing it. Divine Wrath dosen't really help here, but it's srt of personal preference. I added some staples you missed yet again (Mirror Force and Dimensional Prison) as well.

So there you have it. I tried to be as discreet as possible. There's a good chance when you apply my edits that you won't have 40 cards, so I'm gonna go ahead and say that you can add whatever, and then put it up for someone to rate, simple as that. I hope I helped.

He'll still have one in there to use. And plus, if you play it right, by the end of the duel you'll have Two Botanical Lions, A Gigaplant, a Tytannial, and a Lonefire coming in and out of the grave on the field beating down the opponent. Two just clogs the deck.

Yeah, Apple Juice is right. I'm not sure what to add, but you should definately use Apple Juice's advice.

 

[Cirrus]

Super Solar Nutrient is a remarkably good card actually. You could safely run 2 without much problems. Gale however I don't see synergizing very well with the deck very much... likely replaceable with a Debris Dragon (in fact, play Debris Dragon over Twilight Rose Knight all day every day; don't settle for second best! Black Rose Dragons 24/7 are your friends - ahem).

Effect Veiler is decent in the sideboard... I wouldn't advocate playing it maindeck. It does not do enough against some decks, but is an utter beating against other decks, so that is why.

Running random singletons of cards like Dimensional Prison is not advised... if you are not going to run 2 or 3 then just run your third Book or run a couple of Caius or whatever. Singletons of Divine Wrath, Compulsory, and Seven Tools are ok, and are seen as 'tech'... not so much for one-for-one removal cards like Dimensional Prison (as brutal as it is you need to draw it consistently). If this is an online deck, feel free to play 2 Pot of Duality or whatever.
