Right-o, well lets see what we've got here then:

    Jubilation said:
    Cursed Fig x 2
    Dandylion x 2
    Dark Verger
    Evil Thorn x 3

    Gigaplant
    Rose Fairy
    Botanical Lion x 2
    Horseytail x 2
    Inmato
    Botanical Girl x 2

    Lord Poison
    Lonefire Blossom
    Rafflesia Seduction
    Nettles x 2

    Spore
    Rose Tentacles
    Tytannial, Princess of Camellias

I would recommend taking out everything I've put a strike-through on.

Then I would recommend putting in these:
    1 Lonefire Blossom
    1 Glow-Up Bulb
    1/2 Seed of Flame
    1/2 Twilight Rose Knight
5-7 of whatever Cirrus and Apple Juice say after me xD

With the Spells, keep Seed of deception (possibly) and Mark of the Rose. Get rid of everything else and put in some staples such as Monster Reborn, Dark Hole, Book of Moon and maybe a Pot of Duality (if this is IRL then scrap the PoD and put in a Lightning Vortex).

Trap wise, it looks quite horrible at the moment, keep the pollinosis, and get rid of the other stuff. Put in a Solemn Judgment, Mirror Force, two Bottomless Trap Hole, a Torrential Tribute and two Solemn Warnings (again if this is IRL then scrap these and go for Trap Stun, or perhaps Dimensional Prison).

That's all for now, until I come and do another review, to see if I've missed anything, but that should make your deck much more viable. Also, I want to watch and see how much of what I've said is changed by Cirrus and Apple Juice xD
Since I'm no expert on plants, they'll probably have much better advice than me.

What Cirrus and Apple Juice say after me

    I laughed. :3

    -1 Cursed Fig
    -3 Evil Thorn
    -1 Dark Verger
    -1 Rose Fairy
    +1 Botanical Lion
    -2 Horseytail
    -1 Inmato
    -2 Botanical Girl
    +1 Lonefire Blossom
    -1 Raffelsia Seduction
    -1/2 Nettles
    +1 Spore
    -1 Rose Tentacles
    +1 Tytannial, Princess of Camellias
    +1 Twilight Rose Knight
    +2 Violet Witch
    +1 Glow Up Bulb
    +1 Snyffus
    +1/2 Naturia Pineapple (optional)
+3 Debris Dragon (Cirrus is a good reminder ;;)

Ok. A lot of your monsters are very common mistakes when you start to run Plant-type monsters. I see your deck heavily resembling mine when I built my first plants. I took out the ones that really don't contribute, and added in some ones that will help the synchroing, which I will discuss. As you can see, I added a few tuners, which will hopefully help you synch for more monsters, because Plant Synchro is has AMAZING potential, and going that route is a great idea. Pineapple is expensive, buuut it would help. It's not positively mandatory, so it's up to you.

    -1 Fragrance Storm
    +1 Dark Hole
    +1 Mark of the Rose
-2 Wall of Thorns (which is actually a trap card :x)
    -2 Thorn of Malice
    -2 Seed Of Deception
    -1 Spiritual Forest
    +2 Super Solar Nutrient
    +1 Monster Reborn
+1/2/0 Mystical Space Typhoon (its really your preference, it could go in the side)
    +2 Miracle Fertilizer
    +2 Book of the Moon
    +2 Pot of Duality (optional)

Ok, first of all, I did not see an staple spells, to which I added in (others, please add more if I forgot any staples). Spiritual Forest is not a good card in this deck at all. Seed Of Deception and Thorn of Malice have pointless one for ones (and for ToM, even -1/2s) that do not contribute to synchroing. I added some essential plant cards as well, like Miracle Fertilizer. About PoD, it's a very expensive card and like Pineapple, it's not that essential, but will definitely bost the consistency of your deck.

    -2 Blossom Bombardment
    -1 Plant Food Chain
    +1 Mirror Force, Solemn Judgment
    +2 Dimensional Prison
    +1 Pollinosis
    +2 Solemn Warning
    +1 Torrential Tribute (optional)

Like you, when I saw Blossom Bombardment at The Shining Darkness opening at my locals, I was so psyched to add it to my decklist. Turns out, it didn't really help out, and I could barely find a use for it in any scenario. Case in point, it's too situational to be useful. Plant Food Chain is useless with cards like Monster Reborn, Gigaplant and Miracle Fertilizer, and 1 is a lonely number anyways. Pollinosis is a great card, but you need more. I added staple traps (which you were missing) and some others. @Firestar, surprisingly BTH just isn't the staple it was last banlist. It dosen't help as much as it used to.

    +1 Splendid Rose
+12 Staple Synchros! (not one card obviously)

You seriously reaaaaally need more synchros in this deck. Synchros make plants. For serious. Go around this place and figure out what synchros are most popular (because I can't remember them off the top of my head) and add them! They will be pricey, mind you, but it will be worth it. And Splendid Rose won't hurt either (it's card art is amazing too)

Hope this helps. I've talked to you before and I'm glad you are posting around here more. :)

There is no exception. Triple Debris Dragon is mandatory for the instant Black Rose / Stardust / Whatever. Ryko for level 2 Debris fodder and you have quite a lot of the deck. Caius for token abuse and that is about 8-9 slots locked down... the rest is, as we say, history.

    +3 Debris Dragon
    +3 Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter
    +3 Caius the Shadow Monarch
    +1 Lonefire Blossom
    +1 Sangan
    +1 Card Trooper
+1 Gorz the Emissary of Darkness
    +1 Glow-Up Bulb
    +1 Super-Nimble Mega Hamster
    +1 Effect Veiler
    -2 Cursed Fig
    -1 Dark Verger
    -3 Evil Thorn
    -1 Gigaplant
    -1 Rose Fairy
    -2 Botanical Lion
    -2 Horseytail
    -1 Inmato
    -2 Botanical Girl
    -1 Lord Poison
    -1 Rafflesia Seduction
    -2 Nettles
    -1 Rose Tentacles

This monster lineup is quite a bit more dynamic. Debris Dragon is your one-card Synchro, and Dandylion tokens into Caius play your simplification game. There is actually no point in playing straight-up full Plant-type Synchro, because things like Caius and Ryko are just better for the deck.

Cut everything from your Spells and Traps.

    +3 Book of Moon
+2 Pot of Duality (or +1 Mark of the Rose and +1 Mind Control if you cannot afford it)
    +2 Pot of Avarice
    +1 Dark Hole
    +1 Monster Reborn
    +1 Cold Wave
    +1 Foolish Burial

    +2 Solemn Warning
+2 Bottomless Trap Hole (or +1 Call of the Haunted and +1 Trap Hole... it honestly depends on your preference, and Plant Synchro is quite prevalent - BTH sucks against Plant Synchro)
    +1 Mirror Force
    +1 Torrential Tribute
    +1 Solemn Judgment
+1 Seven Tools of the Bandit

Optional: If you have a slot leftover (or two), you can consider these:
+1 Call of the Haunted (if taking the +2 BTH choice)
+1 Mind Crush (if taking the +1 CotH and +1 Trap Hole choice)
+1 Mind Control (if taking the +2 PoD choice)
+1 Gold Sarcophagus (if taking the +1 Mind Control +1 Mark of the Rose choice)
