I have no idea what this mess is. Someone figure it out.

But it seems to work decently well.

    Monsters - 25

2 Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North
2 Blackwing - Shura the Blue Flame
1 Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind
2 Blackwing - Ghibli the Searing Wind
    3 Wynn the Wind Charmer
    2 Familiar-Possessed - Wynn
    3 Debris Dragon
    3 Shield Wing
    2 Alector, Sovereign of Birds
    3 Dark Simorgh
    1 Sangan
    1 Plaguespreader Zombie

    Spells - 8
    2 Book of Moon
    1 Heavy Storm
    1 Brain Control
    1 Mind Control
    1 Mystical Space Typhoon
    1 Pot of Avarice
    1 Foolish Burial

    Traps - 9

    3 DNA Transplant
    2 Bottomless Trap Hole
    2 Icarus Attack
    1 Mirror Force
    1 Torrential Tribute

Well, a more proper introduction to the deck. A long, long time ago, in an alternate universe far, far away - er, no, actually. In this universe, on this planet. So just a long time ago, I guess... I used to play a WIND-based deck. Rising Air Current, Harpie Ladies, et al. It was cool. In the playground, I was like "My monsters are all WIND! They're cool!" but I kept getting beat by random decks sporting 1900 ATK monsters that beat over my Familiar-Possessed - Wynn.

Now? No longer! This is strictly a control-style deck, using a Blackwing/Debris engine with Dark Simorgh to power through things with brute force and steal your opponent's resources.

This deck was built on DMG, because I can't afford 3 Dark Simorgh for no apparent reason.

    Extra Deck - 15
    1 Polar God Thor
1 Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
    1 Stardust Dragon
    1 Red Dragon Archfiend
    1 Black Rose Dragon
    1 Ancient Fairy Dragon
    1 Ally of Justice Catastor
1 Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
    1 Goyo Guardian
    1 Blackwing Armor Master
    1 Dragunity Knight - Vajuranda
    2 Iron Chain Dragon
2 Tech Genus Power Gladiator WAX-1000

Q/C welcome. Polar God Thor is fun.

Wynn is necessary here or is it just for nostalgia?
Polar God Thor and Tech Genus aren't real cards I think (at least not for now).

Wynn is for primarily nostalgia reasons, though DNA Transplant makes it ok to play once in a while, and it's a Debris target.

Polar God Thor only appeared a couple of episodes ago on the anime, so I don't think the real card exists. Yet.

And Yu-Gi-Oh Wiki doesn't list any packs that it's been released in, either.

Yes, they are. They are going to be released soon in the Hidden Arsenal packs. They are from japan's duel terminals. (A duel terminal sort of replaced the 'pack' thing in japan for awhile but they still get packs sometimes). They're not out in the TCG yet. The reason why he listed them because he uses this deck on Duelist Monsters Genesis, an online game that has the cards that are released in japan, america, and even in the anime.

Now, on to the deck. Love the idea. It's very interesting. Has it tested well? And I think 2 Simorgh would be less overkill unless 3 works for you.

3 makes me happier than 2. I've got a chockload of Blackwings to use it with after all. >=D

I'm thinking of cutting the original DNA Transplant engine and Wynns for better Deburi targets, but that would go against the spirit of the deck... it seems to work fine, but not as fast as I want it to go.
