    well i think i can do the nincada OT, (level 10 is a bit meh though)

    and level 1 skarmory quite possibly, i had lots, but i dont know if i have given them all away or not now.

    in terms of the pokemon, i can send you just about everything on your list, but the levels, and OT i cant
