Well as you know,

Mewtwo was basically made by Team Rocket.

They made this evil invention just to somelike.? Becoming the boss of Kanto region.

The whole pocess was success until the Mewtwo gotten mad destroy the basement research lab.

Mewtwo was named as the ''second mew'' derived from its status as a genetically modified duplicate of the original Mew.
