So, I like to make various teams on Shoddy for the heck of it and if one happens to be particularly successful, I take the effort to breed it. This one team has been for the most capable of taking down opposing teams:

    Aerodactyl@Choice Band
    Trait: Rock Head
    Nature: Jolly
    EV Spread: 252 SPD / 252 ATK / 6

    Stone Edge
    Earthquake
    Double-Edge
    Pursuit

    Tangrowth@Leftovers
    Trait: Chlorophyll
    Nature: Impish
    EV Spread: 252 HP / 252 DEF / 6 ATK or SPATK

    Power Whip
    Knock Off
    Sleep Powder
    Leech Seed

    Vaporeon@Leftovers
    Trait: Water Absorb
    Nature: Bold
    EV Spread: 252 HP / 200 DEF / 56 SPATK

    Surf
    Hidden Power [Electric]
    Wish
    Protect

    Porygon-Z@Focus Sash
    Trait: Adaptibility
    Nature: Modest
    EV Spread: 252 SPATK / 192 SPD / 68 HP

    Tri-Attack
    Dark Pulse
    Ice Beam
    Agility

    Donphan@Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    Nature: Impish
    EV Spread: 252 HP / 200 DEF / 56 ATK

    Earthquake
    Ice Shard
    Stealth Rock
    Rapid Spin

    Magnezone@Life Orb
    Trait: Magnet Pull
    Nature: Rash
    EV Spread: 212 SPATK / 200 HP / 98 ATK

    Thunderbolt
    Hidden Power [Ice]
    Explosion
    Substitute

Ice! Ice always gets most people.(including me) hehe. I'm just a really bad rater so yeah. just putting out what i see.

I can see a Vire weakness, especially if you hit one with a Thunderbolt, Thunderwave or HP Electric. Donphan may be able to stand his attacks to launch an EQ, but Ice Punch does hurt, and I don't know if he can survive without max Defence and HP

Ahh Choice Band Aero... well he might be able to get a kill on Vire without the Motor Drive, hmm

So, I like to make various teams on Shoddy for the heck of it and if one happens to be particularly successful, I take the effort to breed it. This one team has been for the most capable of taking down opposing teams:

    Aerodactyl@Choice Band/Life Orb????
Trait: Rock Head / Pressure [Rock Head=Double-Edge / Pressure=Dragon Claw]
    Nature: Jolly
    EV Spread: 252 SPD / 252 ATK / 6

    Stone Edge / Rock Slide
    Earthquake
    Double-Edge / Dragon Claw
    Pursuit

I have not much to say but i like how it looks. And id go for Rock Head....just think it would come in handy. And life orb with Rock Head is good id say.Go for Stone Edge

    Tangrowth@Leftovers
    Trait: Chlorophyll / Leaf Guard
    Nature: Impish / Bold
    EV Spread: 252 HP / 252 DEF / 6 ATK or SPATK

    Power Whip / Energy Ball
Knock Off / Hidden Power [Fire / Rock / Ground]
    Sleep Powder
    Leech Seed

Id think you should go for Sp.Atk. With HP Rock you can take care of Flying and Fire Types.(sometimes those flying OU dragons). And it also has a bit more Sp.Attack then Attack.

    Pretty much it.

    Vaporeon@Leftovers
    Trait: Water Absorb
    Nature: Bold
    EV Spread: 252 HP / 200 DEF / 56 SPATK

    Surf
Hidden Power [Electric / Grass] / Toxic
    Wish
    Protect

Id say HP Electric since it will give you better coverage(flying, water,....forgot what else, or if that was it)With HP grass, it will cover rock and ground that can be covered by surf.Id say everything else is set here.

    Porygon-Z@Focus Sash
    Trait: Adaptibility
    Nature: Modest / Timid
EV Spread: 252 SPATK / 172SPD / 88 HP [How much Speed should I run?]

    Tri-Attack
    Dark Pulse
    Thunderbolt / Ice Beam
    Agility

Seeing that your running Agility on it im pretty sure a Modest natured with 172 SPD evs in it and using Agility after that can outrun many things. So id say go for modest and A little bit more HP

    Donphan@Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    Nature: Impish
    EV Spread: 252 HP / 200 DEF / 56 ATK

    Earthquake
    Ice Shard
    Knock Off/Stealth Rock??
    Rapid Spin

Id say everything good here but you need a stealth rocker. So id say go for Stealth Rock but its your choice.

    Togekiss@Leftovers
    Trait: Serene Grace
    Nature: Calm
    EV Spread: 252 HP / 162 DEF / 60 SPDEF / 34 SPATK

    Air Slash
    Aura Sphere
    Thunder Wave
    Roost

Id say good but give it all the HP it can get.(I just prefer HP over any kind of defensive boost)

    Any glaring weaknesses?
And id say you have pretty good coverage.....me thinks.
    Well hope i helped.

EDIT:Woops, forgot about that nasty OU Electivier...your weak against that.

I'm looking at a severe boltbeam weak. I'd put in a big boltbeam resist. I'd actually put in magnezone just to wall that, as it is a severe problem.

Yeah, you're right Anti. I'm thinking of taking out Togekiss or Tangrowth.

    Magnezone@Life Orb
    Nature: Rash
    Ability: Magnet Pull
    EV Spread: 212 SPATK / 200 HP / 98 ATK

    Thunderbolt
    Hidden Power [Ice]
    Explosion
    Magnet Rise / Thunder Wave

Explosion is for Blissey who think they can waltz in and wall Magnezone. Not sure on the Spread. Just a guesstimate.

Richard Steel loves that magnezone set. It runs best with dominant late-game sweepers like DDnite, that way you can lol at bliss. then again, Nite fears ice beam...okay, no more rambling from me :)

Sub is nice on magnezone, as dugtrio is a common switch-in, and then you lol at it with HP ice. My favorite startegy of all time.

yeah anti is right....id say ditch the Togekiss and replace it with Magnezone.

    Cuz tangrowth is hawt

It allows you to eat up skarm (and even dugtrio ;)) and then let pokes like DDers to lol at the competition. Ah, the fun!

Definately run modest. Pory Z is teh pwnz0rz. You'll have to be VERY careful with magnezone. even if you do use sub, watch out for Dugtrio switch-ins, as arena trap HURTZ

I still feel you have an Electivire weakness, even with Magnezone he don't fair well against Earthquake

Claydol is my favourite counter, as one of the few pokemon that resist Electivire's common moveset. Electivire either has to switch out (and generally lose the Motor Drive boost) or try to hold out for a OHKO with Ice Punch, otherwise it will eat some STAB Earthquake/Earth Power

Ooh, claydol. Me likey. Well, back to magnezone, I'll dust off my old Netbattle magneton (if I can find it) and make necessary changes...

Magnetonzone @ Leftovers / Focus Sash (for little dugtrios)
    Trait: MAGNET PULL!!!!
EVs: lol wut...yeah, I'd have to alter these a bunch. Use what you've got...
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Substitute
    - Thunder Wave

A fun boltbeamer. lol, that's only if you DON'T fear bliss...

and yeah, I just got home from practice, so the gatorade made me HYPERZ!!!

    go figure...

I'm looking at the Double-Edge on Aerodactyl.

    Double-Edge = 120 Power

    Stone Edge = 100 Power + STAB 50 Power = 150

    So... no lol

If it's your lead Aerodactyl, Stealth Rock is recommended with Focus Sash

    To add to post above

    Lead Aerodactyl should look like

    Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
    Jolly
    252 ATK / 252 SPD / 6 HP
    -Crunch / Earthquake
    -Ice Fang
    -Stone Edge
    -Stealth Rock

With SR on Aerodactyl you can now run Knock Off on Donphan.

On Aerodactyl you have to much speed.

    Aerodactyl@Choice Band / Focus Sash
    252 ATT / 216 SPEED / 42 DEF or Sp.def
    Jolly Nature
    Trait : Pressure
    - Ice Fang / Ice Fang / Thunderfang / Pursuit / Crunch / Aerial Ace
    - Fire Fang / Fire Fang / Thunderfang / Pursuit / Crunch / Aerial Ace
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge

This reaches 385 speed which is enough to outspeed all of the metagame apart from Jolteon and Electrode and NoobJask, you wont outspeed Jask or Electrode EVER and Jolt will try and set a sub up expecting a switch and if it attacks you, you will laugh at it with Focus Sash and Earthquake anyways. Max speed is pointless due to speed ties with Jolteon and therefore unreliable to max it out just to SOMETIMES outspeed one pokemon, Jolteon =/ when you can last longer with a few evs invested into def or sp.def . It works equally as effective as a lead w/Focus Sash or a Revenge killer/Late game sweeper w/Choice Band.

Also trait is pressure, its the only trait that actually sort of does something apart from preventing recoil of Double Edge, which is pointless when youll do more with a STAB'D Stone Edge and other Super Effective moves which actully cover its weaknesses =/

EDIT: Stealth Rock fails on it due because if it gets Rapid Spinned away, then your going to have to switch this in and out continuously which Aero doesnt like at all, give Stealth Rock to something that will last longer.
