You can have any pokemon you want Any including legendaries

I want a level 1 arceus with OVER 9000 in each stat and caught from Route 1 (not 101 or 201), non pal parked. Oh and it needs to have the G/S/C sprite, not Diamond/Pearl

mew
ditto
hitmonchan
fossil pokemon
