You can't learn Bolt Tackle?

    Has anyone noticed that you can't learn bolt tackle in the games because when pickachu learns bolt tackle in the anime it doesn't affect the game which is strange but when I keep on training my pikachu it doesn't learn it when it reaches to lv60 but does that move even exist or not?
    Ask me if I don't make any sense with my question to you.

    It's learned through breeding a Female Pikachu or Raichu with a Ditto while the Pikachu or Raichu is holding Light Ball. There is also events where Volt Tackle is a pre-existing move like Ash Pikachu event held at Toys R Us, or the Pokewalker Yellow Forest Pikachu then of course you have Pokemon Battle Revolution Pikachu and Spikey Eared Pichu with Volt Tackle. And just cause something happens in the anime doesn't mean it will correlate over to the games or vice versa. There are multiple concepts into the game that are not really the same or part of the anime. So I really wouldn't look into it that much.
