You Design The Next Console

What would you add/change to the next consoles?

Ok, so this isn't a thread to design the greatest all-in-one console, but instead, I would like you to think about the big new consoles that will be out in the coming years; Wii-U, PS4 and X-Box 720 (Note: Sony's and Microsofts consoles might not be called this... butmostlikelywillbecalledbygamers)

So, I would like you to think of the consoles now, Wii, PS3 and 360 and pull them apart.

What would you include, improve, modify or scrap from each? You don't have to comment on all three if you don't want.

Note: If there is any fanboying, flaming or childish digging at any company or members preferences, I will delete and infract without question.​

So if I were to make a console from these parts and assuming there wont be any problems assembling it, this is how I would do it.

Processor of PS3
Graphics Card of Xbox360
Controller of Xbox360
A design similar to the PS3
Kinect over Move and the Wii thing
Will add 3D capabilities
Require monthly fee's for online play (It's just better this way, funds go to improving online play)

Well, those are the first things that come to mind.
