You know you have too many contacts when....

How many contacts do you have on messengers? How many do you talk to regularly? I spend the better part of my day online or on phone internet, laying down or leaning back in a chair (disability, not lazy mind you XD ), so I have accumulated a huge number of online friends. I have roughly 1,200 contacts across all messengers I use. There's a good few hundred that I keep in very regular contact with, and others that I talk to weekly or monthly.

On a typical day, my messenger programs look like this:

On my MSN messenger I have 77 contacts. The majority are dead contacts though because they either don't use MSN anymore or I just never talk to them.
I usually talk to about six of them, when their online anyway. I'll talk to about another ten people though if there's something we'd need to talk about or if there's suddenly a topic that I feel I could talk to them about without having a convo drop half way through.
