That would be terrible, but I would have to defend myself so, I would get a rag tag team going and we would hide somewhere and kill everyone who tries to kill us.

I would grab (yes, physically grasp) my closest friends and get in a rocketship and we'd all go live on mars. But really, if it were completely normal, I imagine people would be more cautious about insulting people, or about the things they do, There'd be a lot less people, but I think people would be nicer to one another in order to keep themselves alive.
