The reason we have a required number of posts before you can post links is to cut down on spambots and porn spammers. It's not "laziness on the moderation's part" - if we have a porn spammer, for example, while the mod of the forum is asleep and there are no higher staff around to take care of it, there could be porn just sitting there for hours.
You have a valid question, but you're being incredibly immature and rude in your presentation. We're not getting rid of the post limit, so just accept it. It's not THAT hard to make a few quality posts before you can post links.
And before this thread gets even more out of hand...

Again, my criticism is legitimate and there's no way you calling me a spazz for the twentieth time (getting old now, pal) can change it. This should be in the rules. It should even be in the box that appears at the top of the forum when you register. Nobody can argue that.
Here comes the infraction, because apparently I was so out of line because I was angry that I wasted over an hour of my life. I'm sorry guys I'll try to be more perfect next time? This place is amusing.
