How did I not remember him? Oldest protagonist, too. And that's what I really liked about him since I sure as heck wasn't 10 when Colosseum came out. It's definitely my favorite Spin-off game, too. But yes, that motorcycle > bikes. ;)

Red, there's so much about him that screams winner! He also owns the highest leveled Trainer pokemon out of all games ( Lv. 88 Pikachu in Gen IV) After Red I'd have to say Gold because of the character design.
 
Since the main characters all can't use any more words than "Yes" and "No", and don't even say that most of the time, it's pretty hard to have a favorite here. I think I'd either go with Red here because he's the original or May (I seriously have no idea whether she is Ruby or Sapphire in the games, so I'll just say May here) because of ... non-verbal arguments.

She was ditched though i hate nintendo for that
 
Blue/Leaf. Because she's awesome and her outfit is cute.

Wes comes in second, then... everyone else.
