For some reason, I'm bemused by Giovanni/Erika. The most empathic Gym Leader with the least empathic, complete with all that money flowing (they're both quite rich). Plus the two could have a lovely double cross scheme going, given how secretive and almost Machiavellian (Erika was quite the manipulator when she was introduced) they are.

The opposite attract theory might hold well yet.

I had seen the shipping name, good one =D

I think i must name some shippings because the manga characters (just these: Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Ruby and Sapphire) are appearing in it, the weird shipings are:

Red x Sapphire (rivality, she bothers Red a lot)

Ruby x Yellow (both rivals too, but still good friends)

Is not the manga BTW, Red is 11 in that one and Yellow is 10 o.O

Well i can have some help maybe =P

I don't know much about the manga 'cept everything on Serebii. But...

Mangapokeshipping-Woo!Red and Misty are the best couple
Silver/Blue shipping-What's the name for this?
Specialshipping-Red's a two timer! *turns to Misty and Yellow who have just pulled out six shooters* "ROUND 1, Fight!!"

I'd love to say the bottom one is true, but it isn't!

Akio's right.I think you might pair em up for acting the same during their training in Ice Cave.But,me thinks she's a little too old for him..(how about making a shipping with ME and Silver,eh?It's cute XD)
