What's your favorite movie released in 2009? ^__^
My favorite has to be Angels and Demons. =3. It's quite interesting and the action was awesome! =DD.

    Obsessed
    Coraline

Thise two are the films I enjoyed the most this year.

Oh I already watched Coraline. And it was good! =3

    Watchmen
......Was my favorite movie this year.

    There.

    Watchmen
......Was my favorite movie this year.

    There.
I was surprised at how good "The Watchmen" was (definitely somewhere in my top 20 most gorgeously executed films EVAR), the original comics were God in disguise. Alan Moore is a little pissy about his work being made into movies (and rightfully so, these days), I wonder how he felt about this gem.

Honestly, I have so many films I enjoyed this year. However I think my most favoured would either be "Let The Right One In" or "Public Enemies". I thought they were two great movies which I didn't expect to like right away, but I was pleasantly suprised. I'm really not into "gangster" movies but Public enemies really turned out great, it had such a great storyline and the acting was amazing. It was very long but wow, I loved every minute of it! The way in which the director portrayed the times was also extremely artistic. It was quite an intense and colourfull film.
As for "Let The Right One In", I really don't like vampire films or anything like them but this really did it for me. It was set in Russia as well as being in Russian, but the fact that I had to red subtitles didn't take away from the intensity of the movie. It was most certainly one of the most artistic films I've ever seen. It is something that Hollywood can never do. Unfortunately however, Holywood have bought the rights to the film and will be remaking it in english. Which is a let down because I thought the movie was prefect as it was.
Anyway, I thought they were two great films I saw this year, and not necessariy two genres I would normally divulge into! I would recmmened them (if you are old enough to see them that is).

    Notorious B.I.G

This movie made my eyes stick to the screen for the entire 2 hour movie length.
No movie has done that for me in a LONG time.

    Mine would be:
    Transformers Revenge Of The Fallen.
    Hell I loved that movie.

    District 9
    Inglourious Basterds
    Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen
    The Hangover
    The Taking of Pelham 123

Probably my favorites so far. Still a bunch I want/need to see.

Inglorious Bastards and Transformers are a tie for me
Inglorious Bastards was well directed and very amusing
Transformers was just a gaggle**** is special effects and action

    Muh list:

Up: I have no idea why, but it was so enjoyable.
Harry Potter HBP: Awesome. I almost cried when Dumbledoor died, and it added that sense of excitement and love.

    That was all... I guess.

    District 9
    Star Trek

Totally awesome movies. Tough to choose. I liked both better than Transformers.

The Time Traveller's Wife is also good.

Harry Potter 6- the Half Blood Prince. It also made me realise my near entire childhoods favourite movie saga is so close to an end, which makes me wish my other one wont die.

Either "The Hangover" or "District 9." Both were great in different ways.
