Generally, I like them all.
But for games, it'd have to be Johto. I don't know why, it just is.

But yet my true favorite (believe it or not) was Hoenn because it was so interactive. I mean, heck, since when has an area actually had rain? And the contests, GOD, those were fun. And those dang secret bases, and being able to transfer it to a friend's game. ^_^
