Your ideal Pokemon

So if you guys could create your very own, ideal, favourite pokemon, what would it be? Go into as much detail as you want, including moves it could learn, design, concept, lore and stats. Remember that it could be whatever you want, whether you want it to be cute, for competitive, or a legendary.
You could even create your own ability and moves for it.

Personally I'd like to see a new pseudo legendary that would play a role similar to Garchomp. It would probably be just as OP, because that's the way I like it.

I dunno what It's name would be, but I imagine it's design to be a kind of cross between Reshiram and Zekrom, but with a less "legendary" look to it, if you get what I'm saying. Or I also imagine it to be a "Chinese dragon" evolution of Dunsparce, which you can find on google images under "fairy dragon type".

With an ideal moveset being:
-Dazzling gleam/Moonblast
-Flamethrower
-Draco meteor/Dragon pulse (Would be great to have a S.Att version of outrage)
-Shadow ball/Night pulse (Or some other good special move)

And an ability being:
Levitate (I really can't think of anything else...)

I know this seems horribly broken, but that's what I was going for. Something strong enough to get into ubers. Perhaps it could get Archeops' ability if it was to be made more fair.

So what kind of pokemon would you guys make, if you had the chance?

[Hiatus]

I would personally love to see a mega-evolution for Skarmory. Been waiting for it quite some time, and if it does get introduced someday, I'd be extremely happy. Design-wise, I think it'd be great if they had slightly reduced its bulk, sharpened its claws, and made its wings grow bigger. This would allow it to move faster and strike more devastating hits. In terms of stats, I could see it getting slight decrease in defenses, and boost in Speed, Attack, and a bit of Special Attack. As for ability, it would be nice if it were to gain Gale Wings. Thanks to this, it would be able to cause some major destruction by utilizing Brave Bird. Moves--those would remain pretty much the same. Aside from that, it'd be cool to see an evolution for Lapras as well, and perhaps even Aerodactyl and Breloom.

I'd like to see a pokémon with magic bounce that actually has decent defensive stats or a rapid spinner/defogger with magic guard. As for types I'd like a normal/ghost type or a ghost/fairy type.
