Your most Noobish Moment?

Anything I posted in either the other roleplay or Pokémon roleplay section when I was new here. Because of that (and the fact that I abandoned all rps I joined) I'm ashamed of showing my face around the rp forums again, even though my writing skills have improved significantly -.-
 
Well..Iv Been On Forumz For Like 6 Years Now..And Im STill Just Ash nOObish As i Was Back Then...

funnyist time was when i joined this site called PL i used the quick reply...and back then i had dial up...so i hit it like 50 times....and it post like 50 times....so funny
 
Since PokeCommunity was not my first ever forum, I did okay here. The thing is, if you have taken time to observe the way my posts have changed from the day I first posted, I posted a lot more properly back then because I was new and wanted to make a good first impression.
I also made lots of image tag mistakes. I got the urls of my pictures with the img already on them but when I came to put them in my sig, I added extra tags. This happened on Bulbagarden too, then I realized my mistake.

I also still have a problem replacing the ugly urls with nicer looking comments like in my sig where I have the link to my deviant art but it doesn't really say the url, it says what it is. I wonder what you call it...... well anyway,
I have a template so I can do it, but if I'm using another computer, I have to post the whole url.

Unlike many members on the PokeCommunity, my grammer has been mostly proper (with the acception of some mistakes, even an embarrassing one here and there), because if there's a mistake in my writing, I immediately correct it.
So basically, I'm only noobish with the tags.... heheheh
My first forum, on the other hand
I didn't know that saying "May's ugly" counted as character bashing, or that you couldn't flame other members for having their own opinions, or to never put your pair on hold, or to never get into any PokeShipping vs AdvanceShipping debates.
*sigh* I'm okay now, I guess...... 'cept for those stupid tags
 
I wasn't exactly a 'n00b' here, considering this was certainly not the first forum I attended.

...I used to put up extremely trite, short poems and clutter up most of my beginning posts with excessive smileys. It's painfully embarassing now that I look back. .-.
 
I asked some truley stupid things when I first joined PC.

Since I only joined PC less than 2 months ago, I've been pretty mature considering I was still 19.
Back in 2000-2001 was a different story. I thought my Blue team was so good that I bragged about it on a forum, then everyone flamed me for having a Mewtwo with Strength and Venusaur with Cut. So that sorta forced me to make good move sets for all the Pokemon games I would play from then on.

Making a very stupid comment against a talented Pokemon game player (who's no longer here though...) that Ninjask doesn't need Silver Wind... heh. Started a debate and I obviously loss.
 
I talked about nothing but getting more posts on PC and PC's lifeline when I joined May 29th 2003. It was that way for almost the whole summer. :P All of you who look at old PC will see that evidently. :P

Anyways, I really don't remember my real n00bish moments. I learned the forum functions at a reasonable pace because of my enthusiasm.
 
Heheh, this was the first froum I ever joined, so...
I was addicted to a game called RuneScape, and everyone there talks like n00bs. And so did I. When I joined this forum I automatically made a thread in the wrong forum- since I didn't understand forums- and posted like a n00b there. XD.
Gawsh, now I can't STAND people who talk like a n00b. ><;
EXAMPLE: (Real sentence- Are you going for pizza tonight? N00b sentence: R U ging 4 Pizza 2Nite?) GAWD I can't stand that! >.>
 
Hm, my first posts at PC make me cry. For some reason, I thought being a co-owner of a club gave me some sort of power... Then I'd bug the mods in the Staff Feedback thread to get a mod for Pixel Art (HotS back then) that could review properly. That seems n00bish to me, or at least really really annoying.

It was even more embarassing at my first forum. I linked to my fanfiction (which was terrible, now that I look at it) in a post. v_v;
 
It's hard to remember.

I suppose that one time when I made a one character post of 'X' & filled up the rest with spaces.
 
This wasn't my first forum so I've pretty much been the same all the way through. At my very first forum, though, I used to make threads just to test my signature and such. XD I spammed quite a bit and used chatspeak throughout but...I evidently grew out of that eventually. ;D
 
This wasn't my first forum. I went to Spanish forums for ages, and I also went to Pokemon Zeo. My most noobish moment was some days ago, when I was called a warez kid because I said an emulator dev was too lazy to code. After some arguments, the mods decides to ban me. I didn't care, cuz it was a Gamecube emulator that didn't work, and there weren't any worthy upgrade for years.
