My rarest Pokemon in FR/LG is a shiny charmander/charmeleon/Charizard!!! I was sooo lucky. I just started the game and didn't even try and go for it it just was shiny first go!!!!!

well, if they live im Japan, they could just walk to their local game shop and buy it, but if you live somewhere else in the world, you just have to download it as a ROM...
