4th Gen Your opinion on the Purugly Sprite...

Why did the new 4th gen cat Pokemon have to look so, well, ugly? And fat? And it looks like it's trying to imitate the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Platinum:/
 
It's ugly in D/P and in Platinum. It looks a bit better in Platinum, but if you wanted the Purugly to be attractive you might as well go to Nintendo and plead that they change the name to Puretty.

Besides, Glameow is good-looking. People always forget about Glameow!
 
Purugly's too fat for me to keep on a team.
 
yeah its ugly and falling, i actually think it was better in diamond, and thats saying something

I don't know...personally, I don't think it's as unattractive as its name makes out. I think there are much uglier Pokemon out there that aren't meant to be ugly. Bidoof, for example (sorry, Bidoof lovers. If there actually are any Sorry.)

I prefer the D/P sprite, PL one looks like it's punch-drunk.
 
Pretty ironic that it's name is "Purugly"...
I call it "Pure ugly" because that's what I think of it. o:
 
Both sprites look hideous.

On the flipside, Pikachu's Pt sprite is awesome. xD

The Purugly sprite looks more active. That or it wants to fall over.
Either way, its an evil thing, and no amount of spriting by Pokemon is going to change that.
What they should do is make a legendary cat Pokemon.
