As for ones that don't look like Pokemon - the red/blue dragon. It looks.... terrible. I can't quite put my finger on it but it just disturbs me.

Yeah that's true, the head was the big-turn off for me originally. Well, Ant Eaters aren't really known for beauty. :/Once you get past its goofy head it's alright. ^^

I agree, the red head makes it look like it was just crudely copy & pasted on a blue body.

Since it's stats are sub-par compared to the other dragons (Ononokusu/Sazandro), it won't see much use outside of in-game stuff.

...lol I know I'm retarded, but seriously, Roserade has every reason to hate Doredia, namely the fact that Doredia learns Butterfly Dance (raises SpA, SpD, Spe) and can pull off Petal Dance at will without fear of being confused thanks to its Own Tempo ability. I happen to love Petal Dance, y'see, and Roserade with Butterfly Dance + Petal Dance would be ungodly.

Thankfully Doredia will probably never see the light of OU most of the time due to its absolutis horribilis movepool (Hidden Power, Hyper Beam, Dream Eater + Grass moves... lol), but it's otherwise a very cool Pokemon despite Roserades everywhere hatin' on her 'cause she got Butterfly Dance, XD.

I'm so glad Jaroda is not Grass/Poison, you don't even know. -.-

Also, I really love Daikenki and Emboar now even though I hated them at first, especially the latter (which I love enough at the moment to have in my six faves team, hurr durr, though this is subject to change, as I really, really, really, really, really like Flammoth, aka Urgamoth, aka Winmoth).

It's Hihidaruma's Daruma mode. Once its HP gets at around or below 50%, it switches to this forme which is Fire/Psychic. Only certain Hihidaruma's have this ability though... I think it's a Dream World ability.

Once i saw Emboar's moveset, I warmed up to him. Head Smash, Flare Blitz and presumably a powerful Fighting STAB? Yessir. Although I might get him in White, and Jaroda in Black, that way i can use Doredia in White.

Always loved Pokabu, always will (regarding its fugly evolutions... >.>).

IT'S SO FLUFFY. And it has one of the best cries ever~

It looks so sleek and mysterious... makes me glad to know that it's actually not a version exclusive. :3

Speak no evil (even though its mouth is open :x)I love this thing sooo much, and I really don't know why... I guess it's the expression. :P

Hear no evil... Love that idea with the monkeys. This one isn't exactly cute, but it's likable. :3

See no evil~ The second cutest after the Grass type one. That adorable face is hard not to like. :3 Its evolution isn't so great, though. :s

When I first saw Koromori, I never expected it to be part Psychic. And its evolution is SO cute~ And I'm sure it also ended the confusion of people thinking Koromori's nose was its eye. O_o

WAY better and cuter moles than the Dugtrio family (no offense x3). I just love those huge claws the first stage one has. And its final stage looks very fierce. :>

I REALLY like these two now. Ever since I drew the first staged one, I just began to adore them. :P I also like how the second stage has a clown nose. :B

These two are absolutely adorable. I didn't expect such a feminine final evolution for Kurumiru, but it works. :3 I don't like the middle stage one at all, though. =/

I have no idea why I hated Pendoraa and the middle staged one. They're both SO cute to me now! Especially Pendorra with those wittle arms. x3

I can't get enough of this Pokemon. You have no idea how relieved I was when I realized I could trade for its first stage. <3

Two other Pokemon that I previously didn't like...
The final stage's red coloring was a turn off for me, but now I actually like it a bit more. :3 I think it would've been awesome though if the middle stage was gray or something.

Hah, a Pokemon that I absolutely hated. But once I heard its adorable cry, and saw this, I just began loving it. xD I heard it's also pretty strong. :o

I love these Pokemon because of the creativity of their designs. I mean, hermits that wear ROCKS for shells is adorable. :>

Zuruggu can pull its skin up to its neck, and Zuruzukin gang up on other Pokemon and beat them until they're almost dead. Not to mention that Zuruzukin can spit out bodily fluids from its mouth. You know that's coolaid.

I LOVE this Pokemon a lot, but really because of its Gengar-like face.
Its overall design is interesting too, though. ...Unlike its pre-evolution. ._.

This chinchilla Pokemon is just adorable~ Its evolution is a HUGE disappointment, though. :<

I don't really LOVE this Pokemon, but its Winter and Spring forms are just undeniably awesome. ;3

I'm not a HUGE fan of Denchura (unlike Forever :P), but its pre-evolution is just TOO cute. Denchura's also pretty cute with those big eyes. x3

These are probably some of the more popular Pokemon in Generation 5. But I can see why. They're adorable~ I can't say anything bad about any of them. :)

These goth/emo dragons are just amazingly cute. Not letting mine evolve into its final stage if I ever use one (probably won't, considering it's a pseudo-legendary).

I never really payed any attention to these Pokemon, but I'm just now realizing that they're MOTHS. I am obsessed with moths~

Y'know, it isn't the worst evolution ever, but I just don't like the pasty white skin. :s

I'm still shocked at how terrible these evolutions are... I was looking forward to a Fire/Ground boar evolution for Pokabu, but this is not even close. T_T

I still don't get how this thing even resembles a samurai. I find it hard to believe that Mijumaru turns into... THIS.

I don't really HATE it, but I don't like it. It seems kinda... out of place with the other two monkey evolutions. Mostly because of the fact that it's the only one without pants. :x

The hell is this? I seriously think it's supposed to resemble an old man. Especially since its dex entry states that it uses those concrete things as walking sticks. T_T

What the--... OK, the first stage one looks more like a Fakemon with that expression, and its final stage's body is horribly disfigured lookin'. I'm fine with the middle stage for some reason...

What is it supposed to be? It just looks like a Kurumiru with some type of blanket on it. :/

EURGK-- It went from so cute... to so UGLY. I can't stand how its other heads are now being used as its arms. X_x

This is the fakest looking of any Pokemon in Generation 5. The colors don't go together at all, it's poorly designed, and its leg looks plain stupid. XD

They're all in the EXACT SAME pose, just different colors and tails. I still hate how our first pure Flying type looks SO lame...

I'm honestly hoping that this thing won't turn out to be the 3rd legendary. It looks horrible, and I can't even find its face. O_O

And that's pretty much it... Also, has anyone noticed how almost every legendary is in some sort of trio? There's now the Fighting trio, genie trio, and the main legendary trio. What ever happened to there just being ONE trio? =/

The majority of them... are just terrible. They don't look any different from the fake Pokemon drawn over the years. I got one friend saying they look like monsters from Mother.

But man, I know Ken Sugimori isn't designing all of them anymore and it's supposed to be "fresh." But there isn't a balance of cute, ugly, cool, etc. anymore. It's just... blegh.

Only a few I like. :/ Like Wargle.

Oh and Emboar. What the heck? Can they not go a generation WITHOUT a fire starter that evolves into a fighting type? Redundancy at its best.

My pick for land of forgotten pokemon Gamageroge. It's just going to be outclassed by swampert but water ground is a good type that this pokemon could have been if they would have decided what they wanted it to do.
