Sapphire

I have 398 hours on Sapphire at the moment with these pokemon in my party

Lv. 100 Rayquaza
Lv. 100 Groudo
Lv. 100 Kyogre
Lv. 100 Metagross
Lv. 100 Salamence
Lv. 71 Gardevoir (in training)

Best in my pc are:

Lv. 100 Latios
Lv. 100 Latias
Lv. 100 Jirachi

and many more

The First Emerald team went like this, until I defeated the Elite 4:
Blaziken lvl 46
Gardevoir lvl 48
Walrein 46
Flygon 45/ Rayquaza 71
Manectric lvl 46
Cacturne lvl 41
(went out of patience :P )
and I was adding an Aggron and an Metagross to the "dream team"

The Second Emerald team was a little bit simpler:
I once read that if you take swampert and a fire poke for anti grass, you could beat the game easy, so:
Swampert lvl 59
Camerupt lvl 58
The game was extremely easy with these guys :D
And since there are plenty more slots, I was thinking of adding Salamence, Wobbofet and eventually, the legendaries: Rayquaza, Groundon, Kyogre, but I think I'll pass them and just add Metagross.

Lucky_Clover, I agree with Adam. You need a Grass type there, and pronto. Another type that could be handy would be a Flying type, so that you can learn the move Fly.

Another thing is that try to keep you moveset varied. For example. Keep Surf on Blastoise, and maybe Water Pulse, and then teach it acouple of other moves that are not water moves.

On the topic of your Raichu. I'm sorry to say that you wasted th Mega Punch and Mega Kick. Remove Mega Punch, and replace with with Brick Break, and then remove Mega kick and replace it with Dig. That was my moveset for Raichu, and I wiped the E4's asses clean.

I find that your Flareon is quite good, but remove Ember, and teach it something else, like Bite. Apart from that, it's quite good.

You're **** lucky to get a shiny Snorlax, but anyway. What's the moveset?

Got my sixth.

Blaziken- Lvl. 63
Beautifly- Lvl. 62
Glalie- Lvl. 78
Flygon- Lvl. 74
Groudon- Lvl. 80
Salamence- Lvl. 64

After just beating the Pokemon League on Ruby:

Blaziken: level 66.Relaxed.
Double Kick
Slash
Blaze Kick
Sky Uppercut

Breelom: level 50. Timid.
Mach Punch
Sky Uppercut
Mega Drain
Headbutt
(Headbutt isn't that good, but it grew on me...)

Crobat: level 51. Modest.
Wing Attack
Bite
Fly
Air Cutter
(Will get rid of Bite for something superior.)

Azumarill: level 50. Lonely.
Surf
Double-Edge
Bubble Beam
Water Gun

Manectric: level 51. Docile.
Thunderbolt
Spark
Thunder
Bite

Gardevoir: level 50. Brave.
Flash
Confusion
Psychic
Future Sight
(Yes, I know I need to ger rid of Flash, I just needed it to go through Victory Road.)

I know their levels are... well... bad, but I didn't get as much time to train them as I would have liked. 5 level 100s on Ruby too, traded from my previous game on Sapphire, but I don't use them much.

Blaziken: Lv47
Kecleon: Lv 32
Machop: Lv 22
