I'm dropping Pikachu once I find a different electric type and a lot of these I'm just testing out right now. (Like Skiddo and Pancham.) Haven't decided on my final team yet!
 
Just defeated the second gym, and did some grinding:

- Charmeleon lv31
- Floette lv30
- Inkay lv27
- Amaura lv27

Loving the team and about to catch a Skrelp! Also, VERY IMPORTANT. If anyone finds a sachet, please let me know how and where to get it. Need it to evolve Spritzee.
 
My current team (and will likely see me through to the end) is:

I'm still at the first gym and plan on using all kinds of pokemon through out my adventure, but so far I have

This is my first time ever using Pikachu except in pokemon yellow when I ditched him as soon as possible.
 
Zigzagoon is here to stay now, in 3D it's way more adorable than I expected, I squee when I see it do it's attack. So .....

For now, yeah, I haven't gone through the forest yet, grinding a bit at the beginning to make sure I didn't miss one. I got the Catterpi already as well. Also, playing with the Aimee is ... addictive.

- Combusken (lvl 16)
- Pidgey (lvl 14)
 
I haven't even gotten my second badge yet and my team is already shaping up to be a fabulous team. My starter, Quilladin is at a slightly higher level than the others, but I have really been level grinding with him quite a bit because I am just really looking forward to Chesnaught and I want to use him so bad right now. Anyways, my team is a bit different than expected, but here it is regardless:

-Quilladin(lv 30)

-Vivillon(lv 25)

-Litleo(lv 26)

-Charmeleon(lv 26)

-Amaura(lv 25)

-Floette(lv 24)


Each are shining in battle much like expected and I cannot wait to journey further into Kalos with these guys and see what they can do as a team. My goal now is to further evolve the rest of them, mainly Quilladin and Floette.
 
Just after getting my sail fossil. My team now:

I was worried Ducklett might not be strong or it's weakness to electric would be crippling. However I couldn't be more wrong, Ducklett is really pulling her weight.

I'm just coming up to the second gym (I think? I'm in that Shimmering Cave place), and I only have two in my team lol!

And I'm definitely using Sylveon!

I'm thinking of using Tyrunt, but I'm not too sure yet. Does anyone know what Espurr is like stat-wise? I'd like to use the female one^^

Also going to pick up my Y version soon, I'm going to get a shiny Fennekin and use that :3
 
Mine currently consists of: Delphox, Talonflame, Pangoro, Lucario, Blastoise, and Meowstic.

I kinda hate having two fire and fighting types on my team, but I'm enjoying myself too much to switch it up lol.
 
Just got to Lumiose. Current team is:
Fenniken
Pikachu
Skitty
Ralts
Flabebe
Charmander

Final set up should be:
Fire, dark, fairy, fighting, ghost, and... grass/rock/dragon/electric. Haven't decided definitively whether Pikachu will be a permanent member for this first walk through.
