In this thread you can tell others your strategy is in D/P, ask what strategy to use in certain important battles (Akagi, Gym Leaders, E4, etc.), and comment on others strategies (no harsh comments). You can say that a strategy is bad but don't say it in a really mean way.

My strategy is (if it is not a battle against a legendary) I use Diaruga's Time Roar which has 150 attack power. Then, when the game asks me to change pokemon I switch to Goukazaru and beat the next pokemon, but I don't use Goukazaru against a pokemon with a better type (water, ground, psychic, etc.). I use either Rentora, Lucario, Beadal, or Mukkuhawk against those. After I beat the second pokemon, I switch back to Diaruga and use Time Roar again. Then I repeat the steps until I win the battle.

I like using my Darkrai's (zomghax) built-in combo.

Hypnosis--->Nightmare--->And some attack. (notice Darkrai's ability)

    Works nice against most Pokemon.

That strategy only works ingame, because they let you automatically switch if you ko a pokemon. During Wi-Fi battles, you have to take the turn that you cant attack, then switch

By the time I go wi-fi, my pokemon would have much stronger moves. Like my Mukkuhawk learned Brave Bird and Goukazaru learned Flare Drive and Lucario learning Dragon Pulse, Pulse Bomb, and Infight.

I don't have a strategy yet, because I'm still thinking of one. Especially when your on wifi there are alot of cheaters so you don't know what to expect

    :t354:~*!*~Queen Boo~*!*~

is cheating that bad on wifi? i've always wondered. i don't plan on cheating but i don't like losing to cheaters.

my strategy: pikachu + quick attack... teehee, yah right. i don't know, i suppose i won't have a strategy until i have the pokemon?
