if youve visited lake valor, lake verity, and lake acuity and battled team galatic at the three lakes, then go to veilstone and solve the galactic HQ thing and battle cyrus, saturn, and releas the three mirage pokes. after that, fly to oreburgh and head to mt coronet and get to the top to battle dialga.
As for your team, Well, you have 3 water pokemon. a strong electric pokemon could kill your three waters, and your flying type chatot. so, 4 pokes of your team is weak to electric. snover is really weak to fire, so try teaching it some moves that could take care of fire. the only move i think of is earthquake, and only abomasnow can learn that, and snover evolves at lvl 40. luxray is a good choice, but has some crappy speed so trying giving it some carbos. the speed thing goes for empoleon too, but theres a good side. if you teach it avalanche, a move that gets stronger if the user takes damage first, than you can use empoleons crap speed for something useful. id change empoleons metal claw to a more powerful steel move, like iron tail.
A Better team would be something like:
Empoleon, Luxray, Roserade, Rapidash, Golem, and Medicham.
My current team would be
Infernape - Solarbeam, Flamethrower, Close Combat, Focus Blast
Dialga - Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw, Roar of Time, Stone Edge
Bronzong - some junk. dont really use him, only cuz hes lvl 42.
Luxray - Thunder, Thunder Fang, Toxic, Crunch
Gastrodon - Body Slam, Surf, Brine, Muddy Water
Staraptor - Close Combat, Fly, and some other things that i forgot. still training this guy.
as a side note, i made it to the champion of the elite four before i was murdered by here spirtomb and my lack of move pp
