ATM, this is my main team and a description of how they performed IMO
Nickname: Sentry
Species: Lopunny
Gender: Male
Lv: 52
Other: Performed decently until 8th Gym. After having it relearn Mirror Coat it became vital in winning some of the E4 battles.
Nickname: Gabirel
Species: Luxray
Gender: Female
Lv: 57
Other: Potent for most of the game, she was vital in capturing 2 of the lake legenaries. As long as she was healed often she could inflict some nasty damage. Charge was a great help.
Nickname: Mystic
Species: Kadabra
Gender: Male
Lv: 51
Other: The weakest link of the team and also the most surprising. Excelled in some areas but was more of a liability in most. This was the pokemon that got me my Lucky Egg (using Trick on Chansey). Really needs to evolve to keep up.
Nickname: Shimmer
Species: Infernape
Gender: Male
Lv: 53
Other: Shimmer was pathetic in the middle areas of the game some I resorted to turning it into a HM slave, weakening it even more. However after I removed the HM moves and retought it some moves, it proved to be handy in some battles against the E4.
Nickname: Torrent
Species: Floatzel
Gender: Female
Lv: 55
Other: Torrent had a very up and down adventure, She proved herself in some battles and utterly failed in others. In the E4, she pulled out some remarkable victories, but often fell very quickly. Another pokemon which often was a liability. Has HM move Surf
Nickname: Destiny
Species: Lucario
Gender: Male
Lv: 68
Other: Destiny was intially hard to level, but then literally shone, becoming not only the main backbone of the team but winning a place in my heart. Destiny was instrumential in beating the E4, defeating nearly half of thier pokemon. Needed some support but its sweeping prowess was impressive and it could stand up to a few hits. Suprisingly Destiny has more Attack then Special Attack (by 4 pts) but it only has Special based moves.
HM Slaves and others:
Pachirisu, Female Lv 31 (Neon)
Role: Ex-Team member, Item collecter
HM/Utility Moves: Cut
Other: Was originally a member of my team but was dropped for Kadabra. I've severly regretted this as Neon performed well while in my team despite being originally not being in my team
Golduck, Female Lv 24
Role: HM Slave
HM/Utility Moves: Rock Climb, Rock Smash, Strength, Waterfall
Other: My most useful slave
Sneasel, Female lv 34
Role: Battle Weakener
HM/Utility Moves: False Swipe, Rock Smash.
Illumise, Female Lv 51
Role: Item Thief
HM/Utility Moves: Covet
Combee, Male Lv 8
Role: Honey Collector, Drone
HM/Utility Moves: Sweet Scent
Other: For collecting honey because i'm such a cheapskate :)
Pelipper, Male Lv 30
Role: Transport, HM Slave
HM/Utility Movess: Fly, Defog
