Pretty much the same (I'm training for the re-battling of the Elite Four).

7 Island gives alot of experience points, so I battle with my Level 100 Pidgeot (my only high-leveled Pokemon) and use the Experience Share.

5 Island has that Resort Gorgeous Place, which is excellent if you're low on money.

6 Island is a bit annoying with the surfing and climbing across mountains, so I don't train there as much.

I got a question... I just got my 6th badge... But in future refrence. How do you unlock elite four round 2??

So far my top three are:

    1. Pokemon Tower: Perfect for early training for Psychic and Dark-type Pokemon. Also the perfect place to train for Special Attack EV's, provided you avoid the Cubone. I was so disappointed when my Pokemon "outgrew" this place in Leaf Green...

    2. Route 21: All it has is Tangela! This makes it easy to expect which Pokemon you'll get. I often use this as a training place for my Poison, Ice, and Flying-type Pokemon.

    3. Route 12-15: In Leaf Green, this is the perfect place to Attack EV train because of the Bellsprout, or Special Attack EV train in Fire Red because of the Oddish. It's a great training place for Flying or Psychic-type Pokemon. Also, there's the additional fun of fighting a Ditto!
