You know, deck rating is sort of what this whole section is about. (Well, that and discussing strategy). Anyway, your deck seems to have two main problems: too much bulk and not enough synergy. Not going with standard builds is A-OK, but unless you're packing
a lot of search and draw effects you should always keep your card count down to the minimum: 40, because that way you'll maximize your odds of drawing the good cards. Anyway, your lineup looks sort of...aimless. Fairies and Fire attribute monsters have absolutely no effects that support each other, Layard seems to serve very little purpose at all since you aren't removing your fairies from play, Gravity Bind shuts out the better part of your own monster line-up, and you just generally seem to be split between Burn- and Beatdown-style cards. Don't. In order for your deck to be efficient you need to focus, so I'd suggest picking either the stall and burn approach (possibly a Fire Princess deck if you want to stick with Fire, in which case you could also run Raging Flame Sprite since it attacks under Gravity Bind and can swing straight at your opponent's life points) or an aggressive beatdown type thing (although really, Fire isn't that glorious at it). I also have my doubts about Uria; if you're only running six continuous traps (unless I miscounted) then the odds of assembling three of them face-up on your field are already very slim indeed. Add that to the facts that Uria itself will be hard to dig for and is liable to be nuked by Smashing Ground in the unlikely event that it does get onto the field and you have quite the collection of unlikely events. Not good, Uria is one of those cards pretty much requires you to build the whole deck around them and its abilities really aren't very good compensation for the effort. :\
Anyways, the only YGO cards I have (other than the three promos) are in my Spirit Caller game, and I have yet to acquire most of the good monster cards so my deck is really, REALLY wonky at the moment. Oh well, feel free to check it for laughs:

1x Magic Cylinder
1x Ring of Destruction
Yeah, like I said: wonky. Sadly, Dark Magician and DMG are the strongest I have in the way of tribute monsters yet. So basically, the aim is to set up tribute fodder with the Flute of Summoning Kuriboh and Brain Control to bring them out, sometimes pull a Crush Card if I have a lucky draw, then hope to sweep my ingame opponents and their even weaker decks. Giant Rat is there because it's the only recruiter I have (Aside from a lone Mystic Tomato whose only viable target thus far is Sangan :\) hence why there are some Earth attribute monsters around.
Anyways, two notes: 1. The game uses a banlist from 2006, hence why Graceful and Last Will are in there. 2. I'm running Adhesive Explosive because it's my duel spirit (I.e. it grants me a handy-dandy out-of-duel effect) and the only way to improve its ability is to level it, which means I have to play the dang thing. :3 Feel free to suggest changes to which I will most likely respond with 'I don't have that card yet'. I'm going to scrap this one once I have assembled all I need for a proper deck, anyways. (Been thinking Warrior Toolbox but I still need Freed and another copy of Reinforcement of the Army before I go there)
