You're BANNED for not changing your user title!
 
I'm banning you because you know how to insert the 'é'. It just isn't exceptable.
 
If I tell everyone, you can't ban me for that! Hold ALT and type 0233 on the keypad (on the right of the keyboard) and release ALT - hooray, you've got é! ('course I've got a laptop, so I have to turn NumLock on every time!)

You're banned for not having any Pokémon in your sig!
 
Banned for having Infernape in your username, but an Entei in your avatar and no sig!
