Issue: Youtube profile video won't show up

Do you have anything like AdBlock Plus installed? You may have accidentally blocked the object.

I just have mcafee, and no message or anything comes up, nor any setting has been placed to prevent such a thing.

The only thing I can *think* it to be like this is when I donated, which would include profile changes.

Have you tried the usual fix? Clear your cache, restart your browser etc. If that doesn't work, try a different video and see if that works, then switch back to the current one and see again.

Okay I'll try the latter right now, and if that doesn't work, I'll try the first one (because clearing the cache means I have to retype passwords again XD)

EDIT: Both ways did nothing, I have firefox, and made sure it was all cleared (all the options). I tested a video that wasn't mine either.

I think the only answer lies within profile access.

Actually now that I think about it, I wonder if I can see youtube vids in people's profiles here.

or perhaps the theme you are using? (a glitch.. what theme are you using?)

I also have no issues seeing your vid, so dunno what's up. Can you other user's vids?

I've used Satoshi's bigger test for quite some time, and was able to see it on there, but of course now not so. I tried the default theme, same problem.

I had changed the vid back to the hiking one, of which appearntly could be seen (as shown by the pic on the previous page). Hmmm.

But yeah I don't think I can see other people's vids.

Let me quickly try IE.

EDIT: Yeah must be a Firefox thing because with IE I can see it (of course it was the first time I open up IE since it installed 8, so it took forever to load...).

No its not. If you see that it says v/ and your embeded code is v= why not just change it?

Because I thought that changing it would completely mess it up.

I'm assuming it would be under FF's content tab in the options menu, thing is, I've never touched any setting there, like before this happened or now.
