I learned about this game from seeing someone (Eric SpinalGator) do a Let's Play on Youtube. I grew up with both Yu-gi-oh and Pokemon so it looks cool. I was just wondering, is the game complete? Like with main story/quests?

Yes, the game and main storyline is complete. That being said, we do release regular updates (every 3-6 months or so) bringing in new features, monsters, moves, more storylines etc.

There are 128 TM's, but not all are available. The ones you listed aren't available in game yet

Those monsters are the EV monsters found in the Cerulean City EV house. You can catch them by doing a battle with the pokeballs in the house
