Due to the talk of spellcatsters .I though I would make a spellcaster deck and see the pros and cons of it and try to make it better and more regionals worthy.

Here's the deck I made.

Does anyone want to try to make it better?

Just for the pure reason that there's a spellcaster structure deck coming up, I'm just not going to say much about this deck for now. Whatever this deck is going to be, Dark Magician via Dark Magician Girl is by far the worst way to bring him out though... just because Dark Magician Girl can be bought out by Magicians Circle, that doesn't really help the speed at all.

True, and Sages Stone get Dark Magican out though from the deck. Like Hand of Nepthys with Sacred Phoenix of Nepthys. Dark Magican Girl is just a tutor.

As for the Spellcaster's deck comming soon. It will have Dark Magican surrort as usual. I think the monster from that deck will have a burn effect from what I seen from some sites that have it released in Asia. The deck may be popular due to the fact that Breaker the Magical warrior will be a common :shocked:

the new guy does 1000 lp to your opponent when you play a spell and if you add the one that does 400 as well and you play metior of destruction your opponent takes 2400 lp....ouch.
plus the new warrior deck comes with royal decree(bring the pain)

Yeah.

I said "Burn"effect. Does damage to your opponent life points by card effect, and that is not the exact effect of the card.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned. This card can only be Special Summoned by sacrificing a [Dark Magician] on your field. When this card is face-up on the Field, for each Normal Magic activate by any player, opponent receive 1000 damages.

Not exactly any spell card. It has to be a "Normal" spell card. Dark Hole, Confiscation, Creature Swap, etc

And the other one that does 400 damage, requires a normal card also to activate it's effect. Chain Magican.

And the warrior deck thing is a little bit off topic.

Can't they ever realize that what a spellcaster deck really needs is better low level monsters...? Thank you for the 363974billionth card that can only be summoned after you get dark magician on the field. What about more cards that can bring dark magician on to the field? Honestly, skilled dark magician alone can't do it. Dark Magician Girl needs a tribute and a sage stone to do it. Dark Magician shall cry in the corner since there are only 2 monsters that require no tribute who can actually help him- Skilled Dark Magician, and in a way, Double Coston...

(blah blah blah Magician's Circle can pull out Dark Magician Girl, but honestly Dark Magician Girl is still a dead-draw if you draw her from the deck, and that sucks)

Wonder why we can't get cool stuff such as command knight in spellcaster form, and other good no-tribute spellcasters?

Even Blue Eyes got more no-tribute helpers to bring it out (excluding Paladin, since he does require "tribute" in the sense that you need to discard+ritual for him)

Don't forget Kibaman. Kaiser Seahorse, Lord of D to summon Blue Eyes White Dragon.

Breaker the Magical Warrior and Magican of Faith are some "good" non tribute spellcasters.

You could play Pyrmaid Turtle to summon Double Coston eaiser to get Dark Magican on the field.

Gravekeepers are also a good supply of low level spellcasters, but underrated. And Injection Fairy Lily.

There are many low level spellcasters. It just depends on the deck.
