    The result of attempting to draw Zangoose for the first time:

    I used a pencil and coloured it on Photo Studio 5.
     
    Awesome for first attempt liek Blazey said, you should try drawing it on Oekaki ^^
     
    It looks a bit...odd. o_o;

    His feet are weird, like he's jumping. But you can't really tell that.

    His head is really good. Keep it up, and don't be afraid to try some more!! ^^
     
    I really like the pose ^_^ It's always great to see people doing poses outside of the official drawings! :D I say it's really good for a first attempt! ^_^ The only thing I would work on is the length of the legs :) Zangoose's are fairly short and stumpy. But overall, a very nice pic! :D Keep it up! ;)
     
    It's good for a first pic, but it could use some work. Forest Grovyle's right with the legs. Also, I think the squiggle on his chest is meant to be more of a deliberate M shape than just a squiggle(And Seviper's is a kind of H shape). Keep those in mind, and I'm sure your next attempts will be even better! :)
     
    It's sort of boring. But you could certainly improve on it. Work on the lines a little more, and add some lighting and some more color.

    OMG you recoloured it! Thank you! I will cherish the picture for ever!!! (but you missed out the red above his eye)
    About the colouring... I should add shades, but I couldn't be bothered -_-; but the red being light and all is because I liked it lighter... seems more natural :P (personally I think Houuen Pokemon has too much bright colours... I don't know why Sugimori switched from water colouring style to anime-cell style :( )
     
    Your picture of Zangoose was great. I'm not good at drawing poses of Pokemon.
