You can pretty much breed anything on that list as long as the mate of Flareon is the opposite gender, Example: Male flareon, Female Pikachu. Female Flareon, Male Pikachu.[/B

Yes, you are right. I have two Eevees already. I have evolved them to Vaporeon and Jolteon. I know this is not related to Zapdos.

To pass on Agility to other pokes. (Preferbly any slow ones you might have). And it may need Substitute to do that.

Sometimes in competetive battling, Rock Tomb pops up on pokemon like Floatzel incase any other pokemon are faster than you.

I don't see how Rock Tomb can be used ANYWHERE in the competive Enviroment. So it's a huge no-no.
 
Seriously, it isn't a bad move for a pokeman like Floatzel.

Rock Tomb on a Zapdos probably isn't advisable.

That could be a good moveset.

No, you're not understanding. You can use that moveset, But no Rock tomb on ANYTHING.

Zapdos @:Leichi Berry (Becuase you're using brave)
Trait: Pressure
Brave Nature
Substitute (To activiate Leichi Berry).
Drill Peck/Aerial Ace/Hp Grass/Ice
Agility
Baton Pass/Metal Sound. (Baton Pass and Metal Sound are in Pokemon Xd after purifying).
