I just got rapped by Aeo's Hypnosis/Ice Punch/T-Bolt/FP Gar in the Aeo cup. I'm thinking about using this:

Trait: Pressure
EVs: 236 HP / 100 Def / 17 Spd / 157 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Light Screen
- Metal Sound
- Rest
- Thunderbolt

That way I can cover McGar (and the Hypnosis>Sub one), and Lax. I need the Light Screen Zappy EVs though. The only problem is then I get raped by Swapert, I just don't know. I do have more Lax problems than Swampert ones.

You could try Celebi with Leech Seed and HP Grass, that kills Swampert and keeps Snorlax at bay.
