So I'm still kind of new to deck building, so I was wondering how well this would work ewe; Any help is appreciated

It won't work terribly well because of the whole speed issues with getting both Serperior AND Reuniclus set up. The format is kind of dictated by the success of the speedy and powerful Basic Pokemon running amok (Kyurem, Zekrom, Reshiram, among others) at the moment, so those two would be too slow for how poorly they neutralize damage.

Zekrom works far better with Eelektrik than either of the two Pokemon you have in there with it, as Eelektrik pulls energy from the discard pile and attaches them to Zekrom, so you can have a fully-charged Zekrom the turn after your first one gets knocked out. I'd put in a 4-4 line of that, and ditch either the Serperior line or the Reuniclus line -- probably be better if you ditched the Serperior line, though -- to make room.

I recommend dropping a pair of Lightning Energy in favor of 2 Revives so you can have more Zekrom uses, and then adding in one more each of Pokemon Collector and Pokemon Communication.
