Weird things I've noticed in MM
Kokiri sword is not the real Kokiri sword. o_O
I have no idea why it looks different, but they are the same sword. "The trusty sword you're familiar with that's from Kokiri Forest." is it's description in MM. So, the same they be.
You can hold the Hylian shield, whereas in OoT you couldn't.
Your looking for a friend, which must be Navi, but why would Navi leave??
It is Navi. This is stated in the Player's Guide. And...if you remember at the end of OoT, Navi flies off. She did what she was instructed to do, so they went their seperate ways. The fact that Link isn't a Kokiri may have something to do with it too.
The mask salesman and Imp who steals Majora's Mask are both from OoT.
Yes, they are. Yes, the Happy Mask Salesman is most likely the same one you met in OoT, and the Skull Kid is the one, ironically enough, you help out during the Happy Mask sidequest in OoT. I don't see how this is weird though.
One gossip stone doesn't make sense, its about those birds liking music or bugs?
"It seems the crows that fly near the town walls are fond of musical instruments." I don't see where the bugs you speak of come in. But... Hmm...that miht have something to do with the Takkuris, but what I don't know.
Mysterious Dancing girl/guy who is on one of the pillars near the canyon, but you can only see her through the telescope in the observatory.
Kamaro? I'm pretty sure Kamaro is a guy. On any night between 12 AM and 6 AM you can talk to him atop the mushroom shaped pillars.
