    oh, one thing. cropping. the part between the rods should be cropped too, and so should the space between his head and hair. ^^,
     
    It's alright but the effect doesn't really appeal to me. Too grainy for my likings. x.X;;
    The pic could have been blended into the background a bit better, by getting the eraser tool and setting it on a low opacity, then just erasing around the edges.
    The text positioning seems a bit off, but that's probably just me. ^^;;;
    Also, you should add a 1px border around it.
    Well done though~ ^^

    Other than that, it's... decent. Try using a bigger pic of Zero, and also move the text. It just doesn't look right there. o.o;
